my problem is that 1 mechanic tells me i can just get the radiator support, fenders, hood, bumper and lights and then it will fit right in. another mechanic is telling me that it will not fit and it will need cutting.... does any1 else know? please help

There is a DIY on clubcivic.com -- looks fairly straightforward.

EDIT: never mind, the one I was thinking of is 96-98 -> 99-00, not 92-95 -> 99-00. sorry!

i do know the hood bolts on. the front obviously doesnt line up, but the bolt holes are the same. and im pretty sure its close enough to pull off. esp with a decent sheetmetal fabricator.
