2000 lx 4-door PROBLEM

hey so I have a 2000 civic 5-speed, just got into a small fender bender (only damage was a couple scratches). I drove away, and when I take left turns now the a grinding sound comes from the front driver side wheel well. also when I'm reversing, it grinds like crazy.

The plastic inner fender liner may be out of place and rubbing on the tire.
