Question 2000 power windows

I am upgrading to power windows. The window won't stay straight with the new regulator installed. It keeps falling forward. I put the stock manual one back in and it is fine so it has to do with the regulator. I have seen this before one my 98 civic manual window but I never fixed before I sold the car. I haven't attempted to do the other door yet. Any bright ideas.
Thanks

oh the dreaded 99-00 window problem lol mine fall down all the time. How are the window tracks? Not bent or anything? how is the rubber in them is it in good shape? put a little silicone spray in the track as sometimes the window binds up a bit and helps. Also, make sure they are bolted in tight into the door.

I have all of the bolts tight. I found if I enlarge the adjustment slot on the passenger side it seems to have solved the problem. My driver side is still binding up in places. The track is straight and I have tried silicone and glass cleaner.
