Does the front bumper have to come off when installing a new grill and if it does, how do you remove the bumper?

i know there are 2 phillips head screws under the bumper and there are also 4 bolts, then behind those bolts is about 4 push clips, and there is also one bolt in each fender well where the tires is, do all of these have to come out? is there anything that iam missing?
