Default 2001 LX Coupe (Oil Leak)

To start off I am new to maintenance on cars and mechanics in general but I really want to learn and get better at it to save me money!

So I bought this civic a week ago and it did not leak oil but it was due for an oil change (not overdue) so I took it to walmart to have it changed. It was a stupid mistake on my part because right after its done I drive it home and let it sit overnight in the drive way and go to work and come back and BOOM. There it is, oil leakage right on the driveway. I am trying to learn how to change oil soon so I can try to avoid this mistake but I really need some help to cut-off this leak!

Bring back to them and have them put in another crush washer for the drain plug or maybe it not tight enough, but the crush washer is supposedly change at every oil change.

Is it leaking from the drain plug, or the oil filter?

If its the drain plug, you could put a wrench on and see if it was just left real loose. Do not over-tighten it. If it's cross-threaded (not in the hole straight) you have a bigger problem.
