Default 2002 civic 1.4 vision vibrates between 40-60

Hi All
i have a 2002 Civic 1.4 Vision, and there is a slight vibration between 40-60mph
its there even if i drive down hill , put the car in neutral and coast down the hill with the rpm down @ 1500 ,,,its still there, i thought it sounded as if it was coming from front passenger side , so i just spent £50 having the front wheel bearing changed but unfortunately it hasnt solved the problem, has anyone had the same problems??
i have read online everything from tyres, rims, etc, wheel alignment , ive only tried the wheel bearing but not sure what to try next ...im on a tight budget so i cant throw money at the car!!!!!
thoughts pleeeeeese.
cheers
Dave

wheels not being balanced properly and axles would be the first I would check.

weels not being balanced, tires some aren't perfectly round also check ball joints. next time you can check for bad wheel bearings by lifting the car and grabbing the top and bottom of the tire then rock it back and forth there should be no play in the wheels vertically.

I bought some Chinese tires that just aren't round. You can notice it holding the steering wheel loosely while driving very slowly on a good flat surface.
