Default 2002 Civic starting issues, rough idle, and weak acceleration

I have an 02 Civic LX with a 1.7, it’d had an oil leak from the oil pan gasket for about 6 months that I finally got around to fixing. After the replacement the car started running poorly, initially it turned over fine but the acceleration was slow at best and the idle was rough and bogged down. I replaced both 02 sensors and all spark plugs, after which the issues remain as well as it being incredibly rough to start every so often, often requiring that I hold the gas pedal half way and let it crank for 20+ seconds. I assumed it may be a bad MAF sensor before realizing it didn’t have one. It’s also throwing a code for running rich and intermittently without overheating when driving in town earlier.

I’d rather not throw more money at a 22 year old car than I need to so any ideas or input are appreciated!
