Sometimes I'll start my car and it will stall immediately but will start ok on the 2nd attempt. Other times it will start but idle roughly for a few seconds then work fine. On the highway the car has plenty of power and works perfectly. The engine has 125K, would appreciate any helpful suggestions as to what to look for. Btw, I'm getting roughly 550K per tank of fuel so fuel economy isn't a problem.

 

That usually happens to me when I'm low on gas after my car has been sitting for awhile. Both my Civic and my Accord acted the same way.
