I have a 2006 Honda Civic Si that when it is cold in the morning (I live in Minnesota) the car lurches rather badly in my view for the first couple of minutes. I have had a couple of others drive it to see if they notice it and YES they have. I have brought it into the service department and they said it did not do anything abnormal for them. I think bucking back and forth so your head actually moves is not normal!!

It only does it while it is cold and then it runs and drives like a champ. The sereivce department told me to make usre I keep my RPM's up high when I take off. I had an Audi before this car I told the service manager in a nice way that I know how to drive.

My question for you folks is has anyone else had this happen to them? What is the fix if so? I have had my car back from service a couple of days now and the problem still persisits. I should add, I bought the car used and I have only had it a couple of weeks now and it has done this since I bought it.
