Default 2007 Si Emission problem

I took my 2007 Si to the emission place to get tested on tuesday. I have no engine light on and figured i would be good to go. When i got there they connected the obd scanner and showed that my Catalyst was incomplete. I haven't disconnected my battery in over 2 months. The guy at the test place told me that i can bring it back in 3 days but to drive it on the highway more. That night i decided to get a obdII bluetooth scanner and a Torque app on my android phone. It still shows incomplete after i drove 20 mins on the highway and 20 mins through city streets today.

Anybody have any experience in getting this to complete itself or have any suggestions?

I have until the 28th of this month to get it to work so i can renew my registration.

Thank you-

try using a cat cleaner and make sure the engine is hot when they perform the test. but first try unpluging the oxygen sensor then start the car to trip the cel light then plug the sensor back in. if that doesn't work try reseting the ECU then drive the hell out of it.
