Default 2010 Cylinder Head question

I am replacing the head gasket on a 2010 Civic DX 1.8L.
My question is:
Is it possible to remove the head with the intake manifold still installed? It is just about impossible to access the lower fasteners on the manifold and I am looking for alternatives. I am considering just pulling the whole engine, as it may be easier and safer for the components.

Please advise.

trying to remember my 08 civic and i want to say yes but im having trouble getting the images in my head lol. its too early and not enough sleep so dont hash me to bad. there are a few other things you will have to get down there and unbolt or unhook if you want to do it that way. also its going to make the head harder to get off as the extra weight is now trying tk tip it backwards. but if you can get everything detached from both you will still have to lift it up enough as you also pull it forward to clear the back lip. i would suggest removing everything off the intake manifold that sticks out and is easy enough to get too before you attempt that. just take your time and dont pry on anything. if you get it out great if you see its not going to come out just sit the head back down loosely bolt it back on and drop the engine if you have to.
