Default 2010 honda civic, engine intermittent stalls when slowing down, no check engine light

My honda civic 2010 ex intermittently stalls whenever I slow down. This happens every 400 mile or so. The engine cuts off but the power still stays on. I idle for a while and start driving then there is no issue. There is no check engine light. Also, I've noticed that the car slightly vibrates at when at a stop.

All fluids are good, I checked the filters(air and fuel) and they look good.

Any advice would be appreciated.
