Doing a 5lug conversion is more involved then you think.
You will have to buy
Frt & rear spindles/knuckles from the donor car (whichusually include the hub and bearings)
Frt & rear brakes from the donor car (calipers, pads, rotors, etc)
and time/expertise to do the swap. If you don't exactly know what you are doing, I would recommend you DO NOT attempt it.
There are a lot of 4 lug wheel options for you.
Your Civic has a 4on100MM bolt pattern
Most 4 lug aftermarket wheels are "dual drilled" (meaning they have a 4on100mm AND a 4on114.3MM bolt pattern) so the wheel will have 8 holes in it and fit cars with either bolt pattern.
