working on daughters car that was having gas problems. Took lid of to fuel pump and filter and noticed filter was not full. Key on , and pump would go on for a second or two than shut off. Bought a new pump but, that was not problem. Put a wire directly from battery to hot lead on pump and it works fine. Fuses are good. Engine has oil (oil pressure switch). I know there is a fuel shut off relay , and it has power at these leads but not sure how to test. Any ideas?Thank you
