I jus bought this 88 honda civic DX hatchback and da steering is really hard on me.. when i opened up da engine, i didnt see no power steering.. i was wounder if its build like that(without power steering) or is it missing da part.. if any one of ya could help me on this, i wouldl appreciate it a lot.

 

Not all Civic models have power steering, and the DX may be one of them.

 

yup....no powersteering on that model...

 

You can upgrade. I think the LX had power steering and the parts will bolt right on to yours.
