A pic would help! So we can see how you have it ran currently!

Check your timing first of all. Retarded timing could cause sluggish starts I would think.

You say it is not "revving out"? What exactly are the symptoms? Does it seem to hit a rev limiter? What ECU are you running? I would like to assume that this is not a fuel pump issue as it should be able to keep up with a stock B18 IMO.

Timing is good and it runs ok when u first start is the is will start stuttering off the bottom and when u drive it it's just won't rev out it will fall on it's face the gas tank keeps getting vacuum locked and it will free rev fine but once u drive it that's when it's starts to **** up that's why I thinks it's vacuum or fuel

If i remember correctly EF's dont have the pressure reg. cut off solenoid. I just had the one on mine and it ran great!

If you posted a pic i dont see it! Im thinking you might have the vacuum lines crossed.
