i have a 91 ef hatch 1.5l d15 in it and in the mornings the car doesnt want to start its like its not getting fuel that after so long it starts for like 1 second and dies and after that for while it will start also when i get up to about 3500-4500 rpms the car starts to lug out and go back and forth anyone got ideas?
