Question 92 civic Cluster and signal switch problem

So, here recently I was driving my car, no big deal, and my instrument cluster, and turn signal switch stopped working. The lights on the cluster still work, and the signals are still good. I have replaced the cluster, and replaced the signal relay, and still nothing..any ideas? also if anyone has a under dash fuse diagram for my 92 civic dx four door, could you post it or email it to me? thanks.

The turn signals and cluster functions are on the same fuse, number 15 which is 10 amps under the dash.
