Default 93 civic DX will not start HELP PLEASE!!!!

Ok It was driving fine and yesterday I was at a stop light and when I went to take off I pulled my foot off the clutch too fast ( Catches very high) and the car stalled after that the car would not start back up. I briefly cheaked under the hood and saw the timing belt did not pop and everything else looked ok the spark plugs were alittle burnt but nothing that stood out at me. The car turns over just wont start, the guy who gave me a push home said I could have jumped the timing belt, I also will cheak fuel filter but I just dont know what could have happened it was running fine. The car has over 210,000 miles so it has seen better days and I have an 07 civic si I was using the 93 to get back and forth to work and would really like it to make it alittle while longer im not willing to throw money into it seeing I only paid 100 bucks for it. I hope this can be an easy fix.
Thanks
Joe

Starting off from a stop seems to put a lot of stress on a timing belt, so check it completely by taking the upper plastic cover off and checking the marks. If it's OK see if the ignition system is making sparks. Blown ignition coils are another common reason for sudden death on the road. Check the ECU and main relay by turning the key on but don't crank. The CEL should come on for 2 seconds then go out, and during the 2 seconds the fuel pump should run.
