93 swap question

i have a 93 cx has almost 400k on motor still runs but losing alot of hp These only came equipped with a 70hp motor. Anyways i have a d15b7 laying around i want to rebuild it and put it in my car. Will everything from my engine now dist., intake ,alternator ext. bolt right on. Also the b7 had an auto tranny will my 5 speed tranny bolt on. Also will my wire harness and ecu work with the b7? The b7 also came out of a 93 civic.

All D series motors will fit any "D series" Tranny, so it should be plug and play as far as that goes.

I figured that. My main concern is the ecu and wire harness. Now since the b7 have a 4 wires 02 cant i just use my b8 manifold that way i can just use my b8 harness. And will my p05 ecu work with the b7 or do i need the p06

your car will still run with that ecu.. there might be minor differences in performance if you were to get the correct ecu but if you just want it to run just throw it in..

I think you can just swap the block / head assembly and keep everything else from the car and it will run, but you'd need to change the intake and ECU, convert the exhaust to under car cat and 4-wire sensor, to realize full performance potential.

You would just take the flex plate off then put your flywheel and clutch on to make a former auto motor fit to a manual.
