Hey guys, this is my first post.
I just bought this beat-up car, and have been replacing things by priority. It had some very ghetto 17" wheels, all torn up, so I bought some 15" today and jacked the car up to replace them.
While it's up I'm going to change the oil, but as I was crawling under, I glanced up and I can SEE THE FLYWHEEL. The hole is about 1 1/2", not quite round.
I guess I'll have to replace the bell housing, but can I drive it to work? Will it blow up? It's been shifting well and I don't know of any other problems right now.
I'm bummed about spending $300 on the transmission and it's a huge job I might not want to undertake alone.
