please help. my g/f 94 honda civic Vtec took a crap on friday. she was just driving it and it died. i got it home to find out there is not spark and the injectors are not pulsing.. these are the things i have checked. all fueses,main relay. it has fuel pressure but injectors are not squiting. all connecters. disconnected them all cleaned them nothing. tryed swaping computers still nothing. if anyone can point me in any direction that would be great

when i hook up the jumper and put the key to on postion all that happens is the SRS lights starts flashing really quick.

 

can you count them?

 

i let it go for about a min it went to at least 30 flashes before i turned the key off.

 

were they all the same flash? or were some long and some short? example: 2 long followed by 2 short pause, then repeat is code 22. or aftera pause it may give another code.. after it gives all the trouble codes it then repeats the cycle, but it does not stop, it will keep repeating

 

all where fast. i know it should go long long short or so forth. but the SRS light just flashes quick and none stop

 

but what does the check engine light do... srs is suplemental restraint system, your airbags are not the problem..

$##@#^&^&^^**, o.k. something about this is familiar, but i cant remember exactly... what happened when car "died"? was it sudden or did it do anything first, like maybe backfire? i seem to remember something also about the circuit completion and the alternator, but i cant quite remember what the heck it was.. double check the plug in the back of the alt. make sure its clean and pluged in all the way.. and while your there check the ground wires.. not covered in grease and are making clean contact
