94 Civic 4dr sedan...engine turns over and fires then suddenly stops. Engine just turns over and over and never fires after this. This happens mostly on very hot days or immediately after a fill up. The engine will only start when you hear an audible noise when the "check engine light" when you turn the key to the "II" position. No noise associated with the "check engine light" means no start. Has anyone experienced this before? Any help would be appreciated...

 

Maybe you have a bad fuel pressure regulator. Hook up a fuel pressure tester to the test port and clamp the fuel supply line. If the fuel pressure drops then it means that it means taht the regulator is bad and should be changed.
