i am in the middle of rebuilding a 91 civic special edition i am swaping the motor. A friend of mine just wrote off him 95 acura rs and he gave me his motor... how much trouble will i have with this swap... i have done alot of reading but getting some mixed results. i have read that the engine mounts of the 95 will work and i have read that they wont... axle's??

 

ok i dont know alot either lol. i currently am trying ot find out about swabing the b16 into my del sol. i bought the swap guide and this is what it said. motormounts. ok any 90-93 integra axels will work. you need either 90-93 shift linkage, but it will need to be cut and welded shorter or you can get a set from hasport that will just fit right in. you will need a integra throttle cable. and you can easily get motor mounts from hasport for about 450 bucks that would be most of the mechanical side of things minues exaust. anyways im looking to do the same thing but with the 95 del sol. so hopefullly it helps i dont really know alot thats just what the honda swap guide says you need lol.

actually i have been busy doing the body work on my 91... so i'v gone with a b18a and a manual tranny, i have got everything now excpt a couple of the wiring pieces so it should be finished here within he next 5 weeks... if everythign goes good at work
