I have a 1995 Civic EX with (Auto) The transmission will not shift normally. I have to get it up to about 25mph to shift into 2nd gear... 40+ for 3rd... and so on.

I did the code test with a wire in the two prong outlet under the door of the passenger side dash.

It blinked 9 times for 1 second and 2 times fir a half second.

What code is that???

The guy at the partss house said it was a OBD1 92 code...

Would that delay my transmission and make it shift hard??
