the carpet on the passenger side always come out when someone gets in and out of that side,
how can i get the black peice up and fix it so it doesn't come out anymore?

i'm not sure about the door sill, but at the part by the dash, the previous owner of my car put a bolt there and put a small hole in the carpet and put the carpets hole on the screw. it was coming off so i put a zip tie around the exposed part of the screw to hold it down better.
