I know that they make an OBD2 to bluetooth adaptor for the android version of the app, but I don't know about OBD1.

The 95 has the OBD1 system. There is a two-wire plug used only to activate the blinking CEL codes (and set timing) and a 3 wire plug with a proprietary Honda serial data format. I don't know if any third-party equipment supports the Honda format.

ive been a mechanic for 7 years so i know my cars obd1 and ya i know about the apps, they got one for obd2 that's why im wondering if there's a way to set mine up for obd2, what would need to be done to get the car itself all obd2, engine harness obviously, but would i have to get the full car harness for everything? oh and im not being mean about saying i know my cars obd1, just letting you know im not some nooby trying to do this, im an experienced mechanic.

You'd have to change the ECU of course. There are people selling adapter harnesses to readily connect an OBD1 ECU to an OBDII car harness without rewiring the car, but I don't know if there is one that goes the other way. (The model P28 OBD1 ECU is common for performance modifications using third party "chip" firmware in it).

You would need to add more sensors (second O2 sensor and probably a CKF sensor) to satisfy the OBDII ECU.
