Ok well just incase this happens to any one else the problem was the pieces from the exhaust blocking it but only at higher speeds. So if you have some sort of weird power loss and hear rattling...shake your exhaust a bit and if you hear something it could be that. Thanks everyone for the help though!!! Very nice and prompt!!
