Default 96 civic water from dash

My tough little work car is leaking clear cold water from under the dash and it drains to the side I turn to when it is not leaking out the passenger side of the dash. It is not the slimy stank of a heater coil leak. Is there a a/c drain plug, and where would I find it? I has eluded me to this point. How would I clean this out if it is simply a clogged drain, or what else should I look at.

Thanks
Jeff
