ok so here is the deal i drive a 96 honda civic its on its 3rd motor...the most recnt one i jus put in was a d16y8 obd2b(99-00) i ran the obd2b harness cuase its all i hasd at he time...it ran really good up until a week ago when vtec stop kicking in...i tested the vtec selinoid it is still good...so i figured it was something in the harness since my car is obd2a so i boiught a hraness from a 96-98 civic ex thinkin it would solve my problem i also bought a p2p obd2a ecu well it didnt fix much my car now fuel cuts at 3500 rpms and when i turn the accessories on the fuel pump just stays on it doesnt shut off i cant figure this out and its running really really rich please somebody give me a clue as to wat is going on here and how to fix it
