Question 97 honda civic driving light

Hi guy's I have a 1997 honda civic and the passanger side yellow driving light it burned out the turn signal still works though. what I would like to know is how you get to it to change it? do I have to remove the bumper or what. Thank you for any help you may give

for mine, i do have to remove the bumper.
unless you can temporarily remove your wheel well, and reach up under the bumper and pull out the bulb.

it's a little more work than i prefer to replace a bulb, but it is what it is.
