Default 97 Honda Civic LX Power Locks not working...Any Help....

Hi all,
My power locks stop working. I have an LX which only has a lock switch on the drivers side. When i hit the switch, nothing locks or unlocks. I have looked at the fuse under the hood(one related to Pw Locks) and it's good. At a local parts shop, the counter guy said there is a door lock relay that might be bad, but i can't seem to find which one it is? Any Ideas would be appreciated. or if someone knows the what i should look at or try. Thanks in advance....

There's no relay for the lock system (see picture). One possibility is that you have a faulty lock switch. Lock component tests are detailed in the service manual (http://hondatech.info/downloads/Auto/Manuals/Civic/).
