Default 98 civic ex chime?

I got in my 98 ex earlier and cranked it, and as soon as I turned the key I heard a few beeps. It was like 3 to 5 beeps than it stopped. I don't know if its always done this, but I just now noticed. Lol I've had the car for over a year and just noticed it.

How can I disable this noise? If possible..

Simple solution:

Put your seat belt on.

If it is the seat belt warning, the seat belt light on the dash will also stay on after the beeping stops. If your seat belt is actually fastened and you still get the alarm, check the switch in the buckle and also the connection from the switch to the harness that is right beneath where the buckle assembly mounts to the car.
