Default 98 civic ex hardly start turned to no start

alright so ive taken my car to a couple different mechanics... they tell me to change such things as a distributer, spark plugs, spark plugs wires, battery. i do all that and it worked fine about 3 weeks later until today when i try to start the car and it doesnt start. it cranks over but it doesnt start. i checked to see if the fuel was running thru by checking the sound in the gas tank( i heard it) so i knew thats not the problem, then i tryed to see if there was any spark from the spark plugs even though there brand new. i hardly get any spark. whats the deal?? plz help me out. it will really mean alot. thanx.
oh yea the car is a 98 civic ex automatic with 135k miles.
oh i also sprayed starter fluid to see if it would start and that didnt work either.

Before, when it was merely hard to start-- after you got it started would it drive properly?

Possibly a weak coil inside the distributor.

What makes you believe spark is weak? Any CEL codes?

if i take off the spark plug wire from the distributer and hold it near the hole and try cranking the car. its a very faint line of spark.

Try checking spark by the method described at the link in my signature. Is spark bright white at all four plugs?
