help!!!! hey guys Im a newbe to Honda's. My 98 civic ex has a very low idle and the throttle does not respond or has a longgggg delay before the engine speeds up. I replaced the IAC, replaced the fuel filter and still has the same problem. My OBD-II reader shows a pass code. Any ideas ? Thank You !!!

 

check the code and it will tell you what the culprit is so we can help you

 

dont know what you mean by a "pass code".
sounds like a fuel problem.
throttle body or port injection ??
