Default 98 civic low idle after replacing sparkplugs!

the idle has always been low on the car at or around 450-500. i decided to change the spark plugs because i just bought the car. i installed the same autolite spark plugs as it had. after i changed the plugs the car seemed to run better. but later that day i noticed the idle was very low with the ac off...like resting on the line at 0. i noticed the the car seemed to be missing every 20 sec or so, i can hear it at the exhaust pipe. the car runs like a champ but dies or almost dies at lights now. any sugestions? the car is stock right now.

thanks

it should be idling closer to 800, there is a procedure to adjust it, it's not that hard.

After you regap your plugs, you may want to change cap, rotor, and plug wires.

Exactly! I had those crappy autolites in my car for a couple weeks and it ran horribly. Ditch 'em, and get NGK's
