98 civic ex with 99 si motor bought the car as is just got it running again hooked up my scanner and have multiple codes not sure where to begin the car spits and sputters when you first start it and has a slight misfire once its up to temp here are the codes

1. P0108 manifold absolute pressure or barometric pressure circuit high input
2. P0113 intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high input
3. P0117 engine coolant temperature sensor 1 circuit low input
4. P0118 engine coolant temperature sensor circuit high voltage
5. P0122 throttle/pedal position sensor A circuit low input
6. P1259 manufacturer controlled fuel and air metering
7. P1508 manufacturer controlled vehicle speed, idle air control and auxiliary inputs

ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED THANKS

 

Damn, that's a lot of codes. I would start to lean towards a possible ground issue, or something in the wiring. I wish I could be of more help

There is a ground on the Tstat housing right? If that is not hooked up, you will see many fault codes.

 

That's about what I said lol I'm not very familiar with these motors ill look for the grounds and check them all tomorrow I bought the car with the swap already done whoever did it didn't have a clue about wiring so I'm just looking for a place to start thanks for your input
