Default 98 EX CEL and Dragging/Sputtering

First question I have is, I need an OBDII reader to get the CEL right?

Second order of business. I noticed yesterday when I drove that at random intervals the car would feel like a 50mph gust of wind would hit it head on and slow it down, like one of the cylinders wasn't firing or something... I was on the way to work this morning and a CEL popped as soon as it started doing the symptoms again.

Dist. Cap? I say Cap because I am assuming there are two and only one cylinder is misfiring due to bad wires/plugs?

Just popped the CEL reader in and its a p0108. MAP sensor high input read.

Searched the interwebz only to find nobody has a steadfast solution to this, and replacing the MAP doesn't seem to help...

Should I not drive the car? The fuel injection is obviously off by the way the car sputters at higher speeds/random times.
