Default 98 Honda Civic would not start

Seldom drive it. Last week, it would not start. I used jump-start, and it worked. I drove it to AUTOZONE to check the battery. It's not dead according to the technician there. But l let it stay there one day, this morning when i tried to start it again, it wouldn't work again.Which partsI need to check? Some friends told me if itis a electrical problem, i need to take it to the dealer. Is that true?
Thanks andhappy new year!

Does the engine turn over normally but not start or does it fail to turn over?

The engine can turn over normally. The car can also start if I drive it for more than half an hour, i think in this case the battery is well recharged. Thanks.

Is either the CEL or charging light ON?

If the engine has no other problems, then a failure to start typically signals a problem with either the ignition system (e.g., distributor components such as the coil or igniter) or the fuel system (e.g., fuel filter, fuel pump, or main relay).

Begin by listening for the normal hum of the fuel pump when you turn the ignition key to ON but don't start the engine. A correlation between a failure to start and an absence of the fuel pump hum would suggest a faulty fuel pump or main relay.
