99 Civic Dx sputter at idle and low rpm

Can anyone help me get down to the bottom of this sputtering at low rpm? It sputters like in the video then it clears up. At idle it sputters too like its about to turn off then idle goes back to normal then it repeats the cycle.

It had a burned valve and a bad injector replaced injector and head and it got significantly better but its still there. Cel came back on after fix for p0420 I guess my cat got fried from the burned valve misfires. Then an o2 sensor code. Ive replaced the cat with ebay headers w/o just to see if it got any better it did by a little not much. Currently i have the ebay headers and just one o2 sensor on bank 1 and the hole for the 2nd o2 sensor just plugged up so im not using a 2nd sensor at the moment. Spark plugs and wires were replaced while it had the burned valve so I'll try plugs again but i just need more help. I'm thinking about getting 2 brand new o2 sensors and a brand new catyltic converter. My current codes are p0420, p0131 p0135 and p0141.
