Anyone know how to fix this? The bottom part of the flange fell off. I was just taking off my axle back amd replacing it woth the stock one for winter and one of the bolts broke off and so thats why it probably came off.

 

It looks rather rusted away. The pipe isn't going to be in much better condition. Might be time to replace the whole thing from the axle back.
