I just replaced the air conditioner condensor on my 1999 civic Ex because of accident damage. The engine now cranks but wont start. There is a squeal like belt noise, so I assume there is an issue with the compressor. What do I need to check to finish this repair. the engine started and ran fine prior to disconnecting the condensor fan and replacing the unit. Does the system need to be charged with 134 before starting the engine?
