Default '99 LX Headlights Flickering

Hi guys,

Bout a week ago my SRS light on my '99 LX was coming on and going off randomly, so a guy I work with checked it for me and said

the alternator was overcharging. That would explain it too because all of the exterior lights including the dashboard lights were

flickering constantly. So, I bought and installed a new alternator but the problem is still there. I tested the electrical system and it is

still overcharging, even after buying a new alternator. And, I've tried putting a new battery in the car, but it did not fix the issue. Does

anyone know what else can be causing the new alternator to be overcharging?

Thank you,
Colin

Naw I don't have an amp. I think that one of the tons of wires somewhere in the charging system are shorted out, so I need to find that wire. Don't keep driving it for long like that because it might short out the whole electrical system if it's constantly being overloaded, then you'll be pretty fuc*ed. I'll keep you posted.
