Default ac on 96 civic

a while back i crashed the front of my car my radiator and the ac broke, i replaced the radiator as far as the ac goes anyone know if i unhook and just take it out will it do anything or mess any part of my engine up ??? if not does anyone know if its easy to take out.? please help

If your condensor has been broken, chances are that all the refrigerant is gone. So you should be able to remove the condensor and put the new one in without a problem. Also you will need to change the accumulator/drier.

will not hurt anything. i took one out of a hyundia i use to have.
not much work to remove
