The belt doesn't squeal, the compressor does make a "klacking" sound when the compressor does lockup. The Clutch turns by hand but it takes small effort with my finger, when turning it's smooth & quiet.
Should it be looser like spinning a fan blade?
Also..would too alittle oil make the compressor clutch stop(or attempt to stop spinning at least)?
Asking because since I replaced basically every part of the AC system & put 4oz for the compressor..............and ONLY for the compressor.
Maybe that could be it?
