Just bought a 2001 Civic DX for the kid. The AC doesn't work. The clutch doesn't engage. I jumped the terminals at the relay and the compressor started. I charged the system. Put everything back together but the compressor still won't kick in when I turn on the AC. How do I bypass the pressure switch? I replaced the relay with the condenser fan relay, which works with no luck.

Have you checked to pressure on the high and low side?
