Default Alarm

Hi

I'm new here, and know nothing about cars other than I love my Civic.

My 2003 Civic has suddenly decided that it doesn't like anything more than a slight breeze to set off the factory-fitted alarm. The neighbours are getting fed up of it going off at 3 a.m.

What can I do?

Best wishes

Meg

There is a screw on the siren usually on the actual siren, maybe this has moved slightly to cause this problem. Open the bonnet and alarm the car, find the screw, adjust it and do something to set the alarm off, tinker with it until an acceptable level is found, should ficx the problem
