Default Another Turbo Question

Ok guys uncle sam has blessed me enough to send me almost 800 dollars!!! and with this i wanna turbo my D16y8. I've looked and looked on here for a detailed list of all the things i would need to do it, but i havent seen anything.

so with your help what are all the things im going to need?

also do i need to get a different ECU? will i have to take it to a shop to get it tuned??

800 will not be enough. and YES you will have to take it to a shop to have it tuned. Tuning is the most important step of turboing a car.
