Automatic gearbox/transmission replacement, if different gearbox code, possible???
Hi All,
I have a 1998 Honda Civic Ferio, 1.5- Automatic, and i need to replace the gearbox/transmission as the original one it's gone to heaven...
the gearbox code on the original is M4VA engine code is D15B, i have found a replacement gearbox/transmission from a 1998 Honda Civic 1.5 Automatic so it is the same car as mine (1.5 automatic) but i don't know if it has the same gearbox code or not, and if the code is not the same can i still have it installed with no problem? will it fit, it is compatible regardles the code?
please help if you have any knolege about this,
