Default automatic trnsmission sliping

hi,
i have a 95 civic lx automatic. i have been having transmission problems. a few months ago my transmission started sliping between gears. this problem started geting worse, eventually to where the car would not go anywhere.

i was sure the transmission was shot, so i bought one online. just did the swap tuesday. i was sure this would fix the problem. after we were done, we took it down the road for a test drive. and it is doing the same thing my other tranny started off doing. sliping inbetween gears. i dont want to keep driving the car and end up messing this tranny up also.

maybe they sent me a tranny that is no good, i dont know. i just think it's weird it's doin the same thing the other tranny was doing. i know a mechanic that told me it could be the shifting sensor in the computer, but i dont want to buy a new comp. if thats not the problem. so any advise would be great.
also we did put honda atf z1 fluid in it.

thank you.

well i just talked to another guy today that told me it shouldn't be the computer. he said the comp. would only keep it from shifting into other gears, not make it slip; but i dont know.

any help please, need to get this problem fixed!

Default Right fluid

From my experience from the last few honda's I've owned, try draining the fluid but replace ONLY with Honda transmission fluid from the dealership.
Any other brand car would take regular Dexron 3 fluid, but honda transmissions are designed specifically to run OEM fluid. Anyway, why not spend a few extra bucks to have the right stuff in your car. My 97 accord had a crack & the fluid leaked out, I went get some regular auto tranny fluid till I could drive to the dealership & drove horrible. (noticable difference)
So try that, least expensive problem to try fixing. good luck
